The night before the wedding we ate dinner put on by YaYa and PaPa at the Nauvoo House, and ate some yummy food.
I think mom was giving us a look for making lots of noise...but that is what we do best!
Jamison chillin' on the steps of temple waiting for the bride and groom to come out.
.Joseph and Katie got married in the Nauvoo Temple, in Nauvoo, Illinois. Here is the super happy couple right after they got married on the steps of the temple.
This is Katie's parents, Rich and Lisa Bowerman, Katie and Joseph, and YaYa and PaPa (Shellie and Rick Brewer)
Our family. What a good looking group!
The wedding party.
Daddy and me in my pretty dress YaYa made.
Mommy and Jamison, who desperately needs a haircut.
That evening we drove to the Bowerman's home for a lovely reception. Again, yummy food...but this time there was dancing!
The pretty cake. Mom was worried we were going to pull it off the table.
The party before it really got started.
Jamison learned how to do the humpty dance...being almost inappropriate with this poor little girl. He was just learning how to join a train, and didn't quite have it down. I still am not sure why everyone was laughing so hard.
This is when Katie and Joseph left to go on their honeymoon cruise. Evidently, mom said they lost their luggage and didn't have anything to take on the ship! Sounds like naked time! Hehe.
All in all, it was a good trip. I must mention it was fourteen hours there driving through the night, then another fourteen hours home, with the events cramed in between in just two days. We all have circles under our eyes...but we are happy for Joseph and Katie and had fun with them!

***We realize that many photos on this entry do not include pictures of Jamison or myself. HOWEVER, this was a family event and we felt our dedicated viewers would be interested to see all that occured over our eventful weekend.
