Zions National Park

Bea-u-tiful Mountains. I wish you could understand how BIG they are, how grandious. But alas, my dear faithful viewers, these pictures do not do them justice. You will just have to visit them yourself.

Pack mules with precious cargo in tow. (That's us.)

Zions National Park was so amazing. Mom said it was her favorite part.

We all took a long break once we reached the Emerald Pools. Us kids played in the sand and water.
Me and my cousins...

Here I am trying hard to get my shoes wet.

Dad has an artistic flair, huh? Amazing tiny flowers grew up out of the rocks. These flowers were probably only an inch or less across.

Here is most of our crew at Weeping Rock.

This is the river as it narrows to go through the tight canyons. We reached this point at the end of the 'River Walk'...with a fancy permit and a lot more energy and ambition than anyone with us, you can hike The Narrows further upstream, a pretty dangerous hike.

So that is a fraction of our shots from Zions. I miss it already. My backyard is cool and all, but not THAT cool.
